Seeking a New Hat

We all wear many hats in life — mother, father, son, daughter, brother, sister, friend. Some hats feel familiar, comfortable, even broken in, including the ones we wear at work. Believe me, I’ve worn plenty of hats, some longer than I should have. Trading in an old hat for a new one isn’t always easy. New hats can feel stiff, unfamiliar. You must work with them, shape them, and sometimes even grow into them. But with time, they become part of you, just like the others once did.

Now, I’m ready for a new hat, one that challenges me, pushes me, and fits the future I’m building.

My journey in baseball has taken me through multiple roles, from working with Prep Baseball to the Pittsburgh Pirates and their Single-A affiliate, the Bradenton Marauders. At Prep Baseball, I helped organize showcases, tournaments, and scout days while managing video production for scouting reels and collecting player data using TrackMan and Blast technologies.

With the Pirates and Marauders, I provided front-office support at LECOM Park and Pirate City, ensuring smooth operations for players, staff, and guests. My role included front desk management, retail, in-game video production, and scoreboard operation.

Before stepping into the sports industry, I spent years as a graphic and web designer, primarily in advertising, catering to a range of high-end clients. Industrially as a Golf Product and Digital Brand Designer and currently with Ford Gum, where I create custom labels for Big League Chew. Each of these hats has shaped me, but now I’m looking for the next one—one that will challenge me and push me further.

Fitness

I make it a priority to work out at least four times a week, focusing mostly on walking and weight lifting. It keeps me energized and helps me stay strong, both physically and mentally.

I’m an avid listener of self-development books, with some of my favorites including works by Michael Singer, Aziz Gazipura, and Travis Bradberry. Podcasts I enjoy include Joe Rogan, Andrew Huberman, and Lewis Howes.

Travel

I love to explore new places, whether it's fishing, visiting with family and friends, hunting for treasures at flea markets, attending festivals and concert or relaxing on the beach. Traveling always helps me recharge and find fresh inspiration.

Photography

I’m getting back into photography, and I’m really enjoying capturing moments and experimenting with different perspectives. It’s a creative outlet that helps me see the world in a new way.

Hats Worn Along the Way

Some hats are easy to recognize, the ones that define our careers and fill up our resumes. Others, though just as valuable, are not always as visible. These are the roles that challenge you to adapt, hustle, and handle whatever comes your way. I’ve worn plenty of those too.

Additionally, I worked as a Jujinon Digipower 55 camera operator, capturing high-quality footage to deliver a dynamic and engaging visual experience that aligned with the theme and message of each service.

    As a Event & Brand Visual Designer at Grand Productions, I contributed to the visual direction of celebrity bookings and event experiences, creating compelling designs for marketing campaigns, expos, and live events.
